Alison Hand is a life-long resident of the Emerald Coast and has been a licensed Florida attorney since 1999. Her legal background includes real estate law, litigation, appellate work and general practice. Alison joined the team at Emerald Coast Title Services in 2003, and currently handles short sale negotiations, as well as any legal issues that may arise during the closing process.
