Delys Dearmon - President and founder of Emerald Coast Title Services

Delys Dearmon is the President and founder of Emerald Coast Title Services, and has been in the real estate and title insurance business since 1983. She is a licensed Texas attorney and a Florida licensed title agent and has been a resident of the Emerald Coast for 40 years. Her experience includes commercial and residential condominium development, construction litigation and land acquisition and construction loans.
